Purchase Price:
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The following discounts apply to the suggested retail prices. Discounts are not retroactive.
Stocking Dealers: 50% discount. Retailer with a retail showroom where our merchandise is displayed. Dealer must purchase a minimum of $5,000 per year to qualify for this discount.
Non-Stocking Dealers: 40% discount. Retailer, interior designer or architect with a retail showroom where our merchandise is displayed. Discount is applicable to dealers that purchase less than $5,000 per year.
Non-Dealer: 30% discount. Interior designer, architect or other reseller without a retail showroom.
For orders over $20,000 or container programs, please contact for a separate quotation.
Pricing is based on ex work: Woodbridge, ON L4L 3T1. All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy:
If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or credit. No claims will be accepted after 30 days of receiving the item. 20% restocking charge will be applied to returned orders except manufacturing defaults.
Please be aware that furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you.
Shippments:
All sales are F.O.B. Elite Living Inc. warehouse
All merchandise will ship Freight Collect unless otherwise arranged.
Routing instructions must be specified on the purchase order or Elite Living will ship at its own discretion. Elite Living will not be held responsible for loss or damage or non delivery of merchandise in transit. Please file freight claims with the carrier. Please inspect shipments upon delivery and note any damaged or missing items on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. If a shipment is refused for any reason, all freight charges, both outbound and inbound, plus a 20% restocking charge will be billed to the dealer.
Claims:
Elite Living Inc will replace defective parts and missing hardware (Discontinued items may be an exception). Customers must complete Elite Living Inc. Claim form accompanied by a product image and assembly instructions identifying the problem (please contact us to request a claim form). Claims must be filed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Charges for local repairs will not be accepted without prior written authorization.

Although we try to carry as many stocks as we can, it is hard to keep in stock of all the products at all times. Please contact us by phone

Payment Method:
We accept all major credit cards, which typically process within 24 hours of order placement. There is a 5–7 business day hold placed on all checks received. Merchandise cannot be shipped without payment. Prices and available inventory are subject to change until an order is confirmed.
Pick-Up:
All pick-ups must notify our office at least 24 hours in advance.
